A one-day pregnancy meal plan

A healthy diet does not need to deliver all 27 mg in one sitting; the aim is to spread iron-rich foods across the day and make plant sources easier to absorb. As an illustration of the principle:

These symptoms are not always iron-related, but they deserve assessment rather than being dismissed as part of pregnancy.
