Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This policy explains what data VeriNourish collects when you visit verinourishwomen.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account to read our guides, and we do not sell your data. The data we handle is:

  • Analytics data. When you visit, our analytics provider records standard information such as the pages you view, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is used in aggregate to understand what is useful and improve the content.
  • Anything you send us. If you contact us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. If we later offer an email subscription and you sign up, we store the email address you provide until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a browser that limits tracking; the site still works without them.

Hosting and third parties

The site is hosted on Ghost, which processes technical data needed to serve pages. Some links to products may be affiliate links; if you click through to a retailer, that retailer's own privacy policy applies to what you do on their site. See our affiliate disclosure for how those links work. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of analytics. To make a request, or if you have any privacy question, contact us and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. This policy is provided for transparency about our practices and is not legal advice.
